How do message credits work?

One message credit covers one customer interaction with the chatbot. Credits on paid plans reset every month on your billing anniversary. Free credits are a one-time lifetime allowance (100 total) — they do not reset.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Free merchants need to upgrade to keep chatting. Paid merchants on monthly plans automatically draw from "extra credits" at $0.05 each, up to a budget you control (default $50/month). You can raise or lower the budget at any time.

What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Annual billing gives you 10% off the monthly price for a full year. Annual plans have fixed costs — no extra credits — so message limits stay strictly within your plan each month, refreshing on your monthly anniversary date.

What’s included in the character limit?
